Our buddy scheme
We understand that starting a new job in a new company can be pretty overwhelming. This is why we have established our very own buddy scheme to help new joiners settle in. Your buddy will be a colleague from a different office who will be a sounding board and mentor during your first six months with Proco Global. Someone who has walked in your shoes and can relate to your experiences.
We have a comprehensive induction programme to help you get under the skin of the business and the specialist recruitment work we undertake - all designed so you can become comfortable with your role as quickly as possible.
In addition to your structured induction programme, we also run a series of internal training sessions for employees across Proco Global to help everyone learn more about the organisation and the business we are in.
