In November 2012, Proco Global was approached by a consumer goods & health organisation going through major business structural change - relocating their central Purchasing Function to Amsterdam.
Specifically we were engaged to fill the European Category Manager, Global Category Manager and Senior Procurement Manager.
As experts within Consumer Goods we were able to use our strong candidate network to deliver credible shortlists within weeks of receiving the mandates.
The search for European Category Manager was delivered in less than four weeks from initial brief to offer. The successful candidate joined as European Category Manager in November 2012 and through excellent performance she has since been promoted to Global Category Manager in December 2013.
During the search for the Global Category Manager, the position was placed on hold for 6 months before the preferred candidate was re-offered for a different opportunity within the organisation, joining in January 2014.
