Proco Global was retained by this global manufacturing company to work on a search assignment for their European Operations Director - €150K.
As a global manufacturer servicing the Aerospace, Automotive & FMCG industry (and after meeting with their HR Director) our experienced Aerospace team were quickly able to understand their issues and challenges.
Proco Global was approached after they had experienced two unsuccessful months working with local recruitment firms based in Frankfurt. They had an uncompromising list of requirements and needed a recruitment partner who was able to provide them with a candidate talent pool. Requiring necessary language skills (fluent German, French and English), a good understanding of French and German “Works Councils” a background in Management Manufacturing/Operations and a strong understanding of Lean.
Our strong networks across EMEA allowed us to map the market concentrating on the French and German boarders to find candidates with the necessary language skills – the most challenging criteria to match.
Working with our dedicated research teams in both London and Frankfurt we were able to deliver a credible shortlist of candidates within three weeks of the initial briefing.
Three candidates were presented at shortlist and they were all taken through to interview stage. Two eventually went through to final stage, resulting in a successful hire in December 2013.
Proco Global now has an exclusive agreement with this organisation to recruit for all of their senior hires on a retained basis. We are currently working on a Procurement Director and Sales Director Position.
