Bruce Neish has over 12 years’ experience in executive search across Asia and Europe having worked in London, Beijing and Hong Kong.

Prior to joining Proco Global, Bruce managed the Supply Chain and Finance teams for a global search business before setting up the Executive Search business for China. In this role he successfully completed senior level appointments across Greater China with a focus on Finance, Supply Chain and Commercial Leadership roles, developing and driving a significant senior contact base.

These roles have spanned various industries from Manufacturing, Technology, Business Services, through to Retail and Consumer Goods. Bruce’s strength in Executive Search comes from fully understanding the requirements of each client and successfully assessing both local and expat talent.
