Diego joined Proco in September 2022. With more than ten years of experience in Executive Search, Diego brings a global and professional approach to his projects. With an acute analytical mindset, Diego is also experienced in executive assessments and cultural transformations, which gives him a perspective that allows to assess fit feasibility for a potential hire and to make sure the client hires the right candidate.

Prior to joining Proco, Diego was an associate in executive search firms overseeing both executive search and leadership advisory projects in Latin America and North America with a focus on Life Sciences, Industrial and Financial Services.
