Lisa Finney manages the Food & Beverage practice for Proco Global across Asia and she also leads key accounts globally.

She and her team focus on senior appointments across all areas of Supply Chain and General Management. With close to 16 years’ experience working within executive search across the UK, Europe and Asia, she has developed a strong global network of senior industry contacts.

Lisa joined Proco Global in 2012 to lead the Consumer Markets division across Asia, and has quickly contributed to its growth both cross-functionally and regionally. She has worked with a wealth of Food & Beverage companies across the world including Ingredients, CPG, Flavours, Nutritional and agricultural businesses.

Her impressive knowledge of large and mid-size Food & Beverage companies coupled with her widespread network means she is able to provide her clients with a unique understanding of the market and the talent pool within it. In addition, it means Lisa has a 100% track record in completing retained assignments across the region.

Lisa has worked on search mandates across the entire region including but not limited to Vietnam, Malaysia, Thailand, India, Myanmar, Singapore, China, Indonesia and the Philippines.
