For over eight years, Proco Global has been like my second home and its people my extended family.

I think one of the reasons why we have such a tight-knit, unified culture is because of the extraordinary journey we have had as a business so far. In the last eight years, we have grown from a small seaside office in Brighton into a global executive search business with over 150 employees working from nine offices around the world. 

Yesterday was quite possibly our biggest milestone yet. With the launch of the new brand and website, Proco Associates now has its own voice and identity, and we have become a family of brands.
